Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Percival Company LLC website and utilizing our professional electrical services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a transparent and professional relationship between our team and the clients we serve throughout South Carolina.

 

Scope of Services

Percival Company LLC provides residential, commercial, industrial, and government electrical services.

  • Consultations: Initial discussions or site visits are intended to define the project scope.

  • Estimates: All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified, due to fluctuating material costs in the electrical industry.

 

Performance of Work

All electrical work is performed in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local South Carolina building codes.

  • Access: The client agrees to provide safe and unobstructed access to the work area, including electrical panels, crawlspaces, or mechanical rooms.

  • Permits: Unless otherwise noted in the specific project contract, Percival Company LLC will pull all necessary municipal permits required for the scope of work.

 

Payment Terms

  • Deposits: For large-scale projects (such as Generator Installations or Industrial Upfits), a deposit may be required before materials are ordered or work commences.

  • Final Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept [Insert Payment Methods, e.g., Check, Credit Card, ACH].

  • Late Fees: Accounts remaining unpaid beyond the agreed-upon terms may be subject to late fees or interest charges as permitted by South Carolina law.
