Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Shipping Costs:

We offer free return shipping on most items. However, for heavy items, the return shipping cost is subject to the following fees:

Liquid Cooled Generators up to 2500 lbs: A $250 return shipping fee will apply.

Liquid Cooled Generators up to 3000 lbs: A $300 return shipping fee will apply.

Liquid Cooled Generators up to 4000 lbs: A $350 return shipping fee will apply.

Portable Generators: A $55 return shipping fee will apply.

Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.
